Click the icon by your clock and select "Request Help". This instantly pings our workshop so we can connect to your screen.

Because this is a private, custom-built tool directly linking to our servers in Hinckley (and not a generic corporate app downloaded by millions), Microsoft Windows will sometimes pause it out of an abundance of caution.

🔒 Is this connection secure?
Yes. The connection is heavily encrypted from end-to-end. Only iNerd technicians can receive the connection request, and you can see everything we are doing on your screen in real-time.
💾 Does this install software on my computer?
No. This is a "portable" tool. It runs directly from your downloads folder. It does not install background services or clutter up your hard drive.
👀 Can you access my computer later?
Absolutely not. The second you close the iNerd Quick Support tool, the connection is permanently severed. We cannot reconnect unless you explicitly open the tool and request help again.
