  • What's Included: The Call-Out fee covers our engineer's travel and the first hour of expert labour/diagnostics.
  • Additional Labour: Should the repair take longer than 1 hour, additional labour is billed fairly at £20 per 30 minutes.
  • Parts & Hardware: The initial fee covers time only. Any replacement parts required will be quoted separately before fitting.
  • Bench Transition: If a device requires micro-soldering or complex bench-tools, your engineer will securely transport it to our lab for repair.
