What are Hall Effect & TMR Joystick Upgrades?
Factory controller potentiometers rely on carbon tracks that physically wear out and cause stick drift. Hall Effect and TMR sensors use contactless magnetic fields that do not wear down, delivering permanent zero-drift centering.
Not sure if yours is drifting? Check your controller live on our browser bench →
How long will my repair take?
Standard bench repairs take 2 to 4 working days from check-in. Need faster turnaround? Select Priority 24h or Same-Day Queue Jump during online booking.
How do On-Site Callout charges work?
On-site engineer visits carry a £20 non-refundable call-out deposit (covering transit and slot allocation) plus £59.99/hr labour (1 hour minimum). Transparent pricing with zero hidden extras.
Do you provide a warranty on repairs?
Yes. Every standard screen, battery, HDMI/USB-C port, and component replacement is backed by our 12-Month Hardware Guarantee, tracked digitally via your Repair Pass.
